Private Estate Management
One representative for everything your estate requires: year round oversight, seasonal transitions, vendor coordination, and lifestyle concierge, whether you are on the lake or away.
What It Means
Private estate management means one person is accountable for your Muskoka waterfront property: its systems, its seasonal calendar, its vendors, and its readiness for your arrival. Instead of managing a plow contract here and a dock company there, you have a single representative who coordinates all of it, documents what happens, and tells you before you have to ask.
How We Work
Scheduled observation of your systems, structures, and grounds, documented after every visit.
Spring opening through fall closing, coordinated on a defined calendar so nothing is left to memory.
Heating status, generator checks, and snow contract confirmation observed through the coldest months, in person.
Docks, boathouses, and boats observed and coordinated through launch, season, and haul out.
Trades sourced, scheduled, and confirmed, with the work documented in your Estate Book.
Private chefs, boat captains, housekeeping, and lifestyle arrangements, coordinated separately from oversight.
Where We Work
We intentionally represent a limited number of estates across Muskoka's primary waterfront communities, including the Port Carling area.
Private estate management begins at $2,500 per month, scoped to your property during a private consultation. Third party vendor and contractor costs are billed separately.
Common Questions
Engagement terms are established as part of each property's management agreement and reflect the scope, seasonality and requirements of the estate. These terms are set during your private consultation, based on what makes sense for your property.
We intentionally limit our portfolio so David can remain personally involved with every estate we represent. We do not take on an unlimited number of properties, and current availability is discussed openly during your consultation.
