Prestige Home Co. provides private estate management and concierge services for owners of significant waterfront properties throughout Muskoka, Ontario. Rather than handing an owner a list of separate contractors and service providers to manage, Prestige acts as a single point of contact for the property. Every client works directly with founder David Tracz, and the client roster is kept intentionally limited so that relationship stays personal and accountable as the company grows.

Prestige observes conditions at the property, documents what it finds, coordinates the vendor or specialist responsible, and follows up until the item is resolved. Diagnosing a problem, performing a repair, and certifying that a system meets code remain the responsibility of the licensed or specialized professional called in to do that work. Privacy and discretion are central to how Prestige operates, and property details are shared only with the vendors and specialists who need them to do their job.

Founder and CEO, Prestige Home Co.

Estate owners should not have to manage a dozen different contractors, service companies and property issues themselves, especially from Toronto or another city away from the lake. David Tracz founded Prestige Home Co. in 2024 to remove that burden, personally overseeing the relationship for every property the company represents.

David is also the Founder and CEO of Distinction Design, a high end residential design and project management firm, and was on air talent on the HGTV series Esther Extraordinaire. Prestige Home Co. was built on that same standard of direct, personal oversight.

When something happens at a Prestige managed estate, whether a vendor visit, a storm, or a seasonal deadline, there is one name attached to it, and it is David's. He coordinates the people responsible for the property and remains the client's single point of contact throughout.
