Private estate management involves information that most homeowners consider private: when a property is occupied or vacant, who has access to it, its systems and security arrangements, and the household preferences that guide how it is cared for. Prestige Home Co. treats this information as confidential, uses it only to deliver the services you have engaged us for, and does not sell or rent it to third parties.

Information We Collect

Through our private consultation inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property location or lake area, property type, and the area of service you are interested in. Once you engage Prestige Home Co. for estate management, your management agreement may also involve information related to property access, vendor schedules, estate systems, arrival timing, and household preferences, gathered directly from you and used to build and maintain your Prestige Estate Book.

How We Use Information

Information collected through the inquiry form is used to respond to your consultation request and to evaluate whether Prestige Home Co. is a good fit for your property. Information gathered once you become a client is used to coordinate scheduled oversight, communicate with the vendors and specialists working on your property, prepare the Estate Report and Estate Book, and keep you informed between visits.

Who We Share Information With

We share property and scheduling information with vendors, contractors, and specialists only as needed to coordinate the work you have requested. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your Choices

You may ask us to correct, update, or delete the information we hold about you or your property at any time by contacting David directly. If you submit an inquiry and do not proceed with an engagement, you may ask us to delete your inquiry information.
